1952
After the death of Emil Siepmann jr. the business was managed by his
widow Margarete.
 
1956
Because of the increasing flow of orders at home and abroad a new production building was erected. During this time Margarete was supported by her second husband Paul Küchler.
 
1964
Son Frank Emil joined the company. Siepmann introduced a series of .
automatic grinding and polishing systems for coined table- and silverware that could be interlinked as part of a continuous production line.
 
1966
The grinding machines were changed from mechanical to hydraulic systems. The technical requirement of getting the market leadership.
 
1967
Development of a modern Transfer-Polishing-System for Knives and flat workpieces.
 
1969
Within the third generation Frank E. Siepmann took over the management and built up export business, especially in the US and the Eastern European and Asian countries.
